Register your Vintage Bike during the Eroica Montalcino days
The register of bicycles arises with the intention of gathering information, data, and images of bicycles "for racing and not" built in different eras but still perfectly functional, so that it is possible to make known and appreciate their particularities, their history, and above all their unique beauty. The Register is a real catalog of pedal-powered historical jewels. It starts with bicycles from the early twentieth century up to 1987, the deadline identified by L’Eroica as the beginning of the rapid modernization of bicycles.
The bicycles listed in the Register of Heroic Bikes are more than 2500 and constitute an important archive that enthusiasts and collectors can consult. In the archive, there are almost all brands, from the most famous to those of local artisans and limited production.
Anyone can register their bike, regardless of participation in L'Eroica. The purpose of the Register is to promote bicycle and cycling culture.
The Register returns for the IX edition of Eroica Montalcino.
The members of the Verification Commission will be present during the event days to welcome new registrations to the Register. This year too, registration can be done by presenting the bicycle, by appointment, on Friday, May 23th, and Saturday, May 24th.
